About this file
This document provides details on a federal contract opportunity for dredging and construction services on the Great Lakes. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking contractors through a Multiple Award Task Order Contract to provide dredging, disposal of dredged materials, surveys, environmental compliance and other associated work on an as-needed basis. The total value of the MATOC is $130 million divided between an Upper Great Lakes pool of $85 million and a Lower Great Lakes pool of $45 million. Task orders will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis up to $6 million each for a four year ordering period. A pre-proposal conference was held on July 21, 2020 to answer questions from industry. Qualifying small business offerors meeting the requirements will be eligible for award of the base MATOC contracts. Pricing will be evaluated at the task order level.
