About this file

This document amends a combined synopsis solicitation to add a line item and incorporate a new clause. The solicitation, issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Pittsburgh, is for the Montgomery Lock and Dam 2023 concrete supply and delivery project on the Ohio River. The amendment adds a separate line item under item number 0002 in the price schedule for non-chloride accelerator to allow for a more reasonable per yard pricing when it is not needed. Additionally, clause 52.204-27 prohibiting ByteDance covered applications is now incorporated into any resulting contract award under clause 52.212-5.
