Vinyl Wrap RFP Questions and responses:

Q1.Will the contracting partner need to supply equipment to reach the height of the walls or is equipment available on site? Ex. scissor lift

A1: The vendor will need to arrange for their own equipment for the installation. Additionally, for the vendors, we will provide light weight Tyvek coveralls and footwear for this effort. All other PPE, eye protection etc. must be provided by the contractor .

Q2. What will be the hours of installation? Will I be able to have a team rotating and working 24 hours/day?

A2: The hours of operation are 7:00‐7:00 (12‐hour period). We will not have the manpower to support 24‐hour operations. We will have some flexibility once the project starts to adjust if needed.

Q3. Will this contract be able to require a deposit to secure the materials & labor? This is roughly 36 rolls of product needed (both vinyl & lamination), and roughly 2‐3 weeks of hotel stay required for a small business.

A3: This contract opportunity will be Firm Fixed Price type. Thusly, all proposed costs that are anticipated as necessary to complete this mission should be incorporated in the final price and noted in the relative volume of the proposal.
