About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation W911SG-25-Q-A057 for Shower Trailer services at Fort Irwin and the National Training Center. The solicitation requires three shower trailers with 16 shower heads each, capable of serving approximately 1,200 personnel across continuous operations (Sunday through Sunday, with 8-hour shifts). Key specifications include: fresh water provision by the contractor, generators with government-provided fuel, daily janitorial cleaning, and a single location at Yermo. The government explicitly rejected alternative proposals such as using 8-shower-head trailers, 4-stall trailers, or bladder bags instead of water tanks. Contractors are responsible for all water requirements, including potable water supply and grey water disposal, with no on-base dump site available.
