1. Vehicle Specifications & Performance Expectations:

· Are there any specific vehicle requirements beyond being a 15-passenger van (e.g., make, model, year, mileage limitations, fuel type, safety features)? NO

· Does the government require the vans to be new or used? Either

· Are additional features required (e.g., GPS, backup cameras, first aid kits, tinted windows for security)? Backup cameras

2. Insurance & Maintenance:

· Is the contractor responsible for vehicle insurance, maintenance, or repairs during the rental period? Yes

· If maintenance is required, what response time is expected for breakdowns or malfunctions? Contractor is responsible for maintenance. IN PWS

· Who will be responsible for fueling the vehicles—the contractor or the government? In PWS

3. Delivery & Logistics:

· Will the vans be delivered to a specific motor pool, parking area, or designated lot at Fort Irwin? LSA warrior/RUBA

· Is there a specific process for checking in the vehicles upon delivery? All vehicles will be inspected upon arrival and inspected at the end of the contract.

4. Period of Performance & Usage Details:

· Will the vans be in use 24/7, or are they expected to be used only during certain hours? Only to transport soldiers back and forth from YERMO to RUBA.

· How many total miles or usage hours per day does the government anticipate? Max 6 Hrs per day but not running the entire time.

· Will the vehicles be operated by government personnel, or does the contractor need to provide drivers? In PWS, government will provide.

5. Invoicing & Payment Terms:

· What is the expected frequency of invoicing (monthly, end of the contract, etc.)? End of contract

· Are there any specific documents required for invoicing aside from what’s listed in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) instructions? No

6. Compliance & Safety Standards:

· Are there any military-specific safety requirements (e.g., vehicle markings, specific license requirements)? In PWS

· Will the vehicles undergo government inspections upon delivery or at the end of the contract? YES

· Does the government require any specific insurance coverage (e.g., liability, worker’s comp) for leased equipment? The business will have to be insured and the vehicles have to be registered

· What about bonding and insurance if so can Prime use Sub’s insurance and bonding? Bonding does not apply, but yes, you can use the Subs insurance
