About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W911SG-25-Q-0023, which provides clarifications about a venue requirement for the Sergeants Major Course (SMC) Graduation Ceremony at Fort Bliss.
The Q&A establishes that doors must open at 9:00 AM Mountain Time, approximately 2 hours before the ceremony and after morning rehearsal. The venue must be within 15 miles of Fort Bliss, and locations in other states are not acceptable even if within an hour's drive. While the government is not contracting for food and beverages, the winning venue is expected to provide these items for purchase during the event. The event date is not flexible. This contract supports the NCO Leadership Center of Excellence's need for a venue that can accommodate 720 graduates in an isolated section, 300 VIPs, and 9,000 family members and guests.
