This is a Register of Wage Determinations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration for service contracts in Alabama County of Russell and Georgia Counties of Chattahoochee, Harris, Marion, and Muscogee under the Service Contract Act.
The document establishes prevailing wage rates across numerous occupational classifications organized by industry category, effective as of December 3, 2025 (Revision 31, Wage Determination No. 2015-4527). Wage rates range from $10.22 per hour for Waiter/Waitress positions to $52.70 per hour for multiple aircraft maintenance and training instructor positions. All occupations listed receive fringe benefits including health and welfare at $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly) or $962.00 monthly, plus two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after eight years, and four weeks after fifteen years. Eleven paid holidays annually are mandated, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Additional compensation provisions include an 8 percent hazardous pay differential for employees working with ordnance and explosives, a 4 percent differential for lower-hazard ordnance work, night differential and Sunday premium pay (25 percent) for air traffic controllers and weather observers, and uniform allowances at $3.35 per day where uniforms are required. The wage determination applies to all contracts subject to the Service Contract Act awarded on or after January 1, 2017, and contractors must comply with Executive Order 13706 regarding paid sick leave for federal contractors.
