1. Please confirm the # of Containers, Frequencies, Days, and Sizes as the Container overhead schematic and Container Tracking sheet provided in the RFQ are both outdated. Additionally, the Pricing Schedule is also not consistent as the only containers listed are 8 CY & 20 CY.
a. 2024 RFQ: (24) Total Containers
(20) 8 CY
(1) 4 CY
(1) 40 CY
(1) 30 CY
(1) 20 CY
b. Current containers on site: (23) Total Containers
(18) 8 CY
(1) 2 CY
(4) 20 CY
2. PG 6 of 18 in the PWS (Section 1.13.5) states that “The Contractor shall safeguard all Government equipment information and property provided for Contractor use. The Contractor shall maintain a physical security checklist/log (e.g., Army Standard Form (SF) 701 Activity Security Checklist)…” Will the Government be providing any equipment that will require a SF701 Activity Security Checklist under this contract?
Answers from DPW/O&M
1) Please confirm the # of Containers, Frequencies, Days, and Sizes as the Container overhead schematic and Container Tracking sheet provided in the RFQ are both outdated
I have attached the most current and updated container location sheet for the Camp Merrill Site. Currently located on-site are:
Front End Loading dumpsters
(18) 8 CY
(1) 2 CY
Roll-off Dumpsters, 4 total. Currently this is what we have on site.
CB201: (30 CY)
CB202: (20 CY)
CB203: (12 CY)
CB204: (20 CY)
Pickup frequencies for all 8 CY containers are 2x’s/weekly and all others are provided as a request for pickup. All 20 CY & larger are (as-needed) requests will be sent to Fort Moore DPW COR from Camp Merrill Personnel and then provided to the contractor with approval.
20 CY containers are sufficient but pickup schedule may increase depending on the training schedule. All roll-off containers shall be provided by contractor. Containers can be averaged out if needed as far as price is concerned based on if needs should change.
2) ” Will the Government be providing any equipment that will require a SF701 Activity Security Checklist under this contract?”
The Government does not foresee any equipment being provided to the contractor for the Services needed to be provided with the Camp Merrill Refuse services.
