About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding Solicitation Number W911SF23R0027 for Annual Tower Certification from the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Eustis. The solicitation requires the inspection, certification, and potential future repair of seven 34-foot mock towers and two 250-foot airborne jump towers in the second option year. The base period is for 12 months with four additional option years for a potential 60 month contract. The set aside is for 100% women-owned small businesses. Clarification was provided that inspections should be conducted periodically while certification is required annually, and that pricing should only include inspection and certification services with repairs to be addressed separately through contract modifications if needed.
