Q9: Contractor request clarification of the construction drawing of the EOC Building. Several pages of the drawing list two possible exteriors finishes. First is the 4” Brick facade, second is the “bid alternative” of Vinyl Exterior Siding. Does this note mean the contractor should provide both exterior finishes as options A & B? Or is the contractor to pick one type over the other?

A9: Provide pricing for both options. Insert alternative pricing on Attachment 6 – Alternative Pricing that will be provided with this amendment.

Q10: Contractor requires clarification on exactly what the base electrical utility provider will be supplying to the Fitness Center Building and the EOC Building. Contractor interprets the drawing information as follows
