SUBJECT: Questions and Answers, Concrete Ready-Mix Supply BPA, Solicitation W911S7-24-R-0005

1. QUESTION: I would like to request clarification on the pricing schedule. It is for a three-year period of performance but only offers space for one cost per mix design. Can this be modified to show a price per year of the agreement? Material costs are anticipated to increase over the course of the agreement.

ANSWER: Yes, we have updated the pricing list to reflect entry for pricing each ordering period.

2. QUESTION: The form is 40 pages long but from what I see only the signature and pricing areas need filled out. Are those the only pages that need to be submitted?

ANSWER: If your SAM Registration is up to date and current with the requirements in the solicitation, that is correct.

3. QUESTION: Confirm that multiple awards will be given and each call will be competed for if over the minimum threshold.

ANSWER: This BPA will be awarded to one contractor only, that wording will be fixed in the amendment.

4. QUESTION: Consider allowing for cost increases after an initial 12 month period.

ANSWER: Yes, we have updated the pricing list to reflect entry for pricing each ordering period.
