Industry Questions Reference Draft Solicitation Number: W911S0-R-0011 Requirement: Army Virtual Learning Center (AVLE)

Format Instructions All questions that may arise from this draft solicitation must be submitted in the format listed below for the purpose of efficiency. All questions where a response is required must contain the solicitation number and be in the format listed below (no exceptions). The attached format will be uploaded as a Word document so that the document is easily editable. The format is broken out into two areas: Reference(s), and Question(s).

References: This could be from any part of the solicitation to include but are not limited to the PWS, Technical Exhibits (TE), FAR 52.212-4 (and any addendum) and FAR 52.212-5 (and any addendum), or Attachments.

If a reference is cited it should following the Section/Paragraph format: I.e. PWS, Paragraph C.5.1, TE 4, paragraph 3.2, FAR 52.212-2, paragraph 2.3, FAR 52.212-1, paragraph 3.5, Attachment 1, paragraph 4.0 Please be as specific as possible
