This disclosure shall include a description of actions which the Contractor has taken or proposes to take, after consultation with the KO, to avoid, mitigate, or neutralize the actual or potential conflict.
The KO may terminate this contract for convenience, in whole or in part, if it deems such termination necessary to avoid an OCI. The Contractor shall not commence work on a TO related to a potential organizational conflict of interest until specifically notified by the KO to proceed.

In the event GFP is removed from the Government facility, FAR Part 45 and the appropriate clauses will apply.

The contractor shall be responsible for proper care, maintenance, and use of Government property in its possession or control from the time of receipt until properly relieved of stewardship responsibility.
