About this file
This document is a Question and Answer (Q&A) file related to the Fort Riley LENEL Magnetic Card Reader System Services contract. The Q&A provides technical details about the existing LENEL access control systems across three buildings (Buildings 210, 253, and 500). Specifically, the document reveals the current software versions for each building (Buildings 253 and 210 are running version 8.2.52416, while Building 500 uses version 7.3.345.0), the number of inputs per building (5 for Bldg 253, 10 for Bldg 210, and 11 for Bldg 500), and the age of the devices (Buildings 210 and 253 installed approximately 10 months prior, and Building 500 systems installed around 2010). Each building has one handicap-accessible door with a keypad and maglock. The document notes that detailed information such as Dongle IDs will only be provided upon contract award.
