Questions and Answers #2 in Response to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W911QY-24-R-IDC1 S2PRINT Integrated Data Collection Lab

Question 1:

For the eye tracking, options include a screen-based eye tracker which can only be used in front of a screen, and glasses, which can be used while moving around. Did you want a minimum of one of each eye tracker, or did you prefer one over the other? I can put extras of each in the optional section. The RFP mentions looking at a screen, but the answers to the questions mentions moving around.

Answer 1:

We’d prefer the glasses to facilitate moving around.

Question 2:

Is the expedited replacement of items required? We typically do not offer this service, but if it is mandatory, we can price something out.

Answer 2:

No, I don’t think expedited replacement is required. This would likely need to be on a case-by-case basis and we can work directly with the company at that time I would assume, if something were to come up (and I don’t believe that would be the norm).
