Ref11j. OPSEC: The Contractor will comply with the current ARL OPSEC plan provided with the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Ref 11l. Collateral and AIS processing. STU III/STE Use authorized as required.

A copy of all subcontracts must be forwarded to RDRL-LOI-S, 2800 Powder Mill Road, Adelphi, MD 20783 Programs and contractors will not release information pertaining to an Army SAP to the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) or any other information service.

This contract may require access to Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM).

"All contractors are required to complete annual TARP training IAW AR 381-12".

Potential or actual Critical Program Information (CPI) may be identified by the Government during a contracted effort and if identified must be protected by the contractor in accordance with guidance outlined in an Interim Program Protection Plan (IPPP) written in collaboration with the contractor. The aforementioned IPPP will establish policy and procedures for the protection of CPI. When potential or actual CPI exists, ARL security personnel will have access to prime contractor and subcontractor facilities to conduct surveys, assessments, inspections, and investigations as necessary to ensure that CPI is properly protected. The prime contractor must communicate program protection requirements to subcontractors that will have access to or will be providing CPI and require subcontractors to continually monitor protection measures.
