About this file
This solicitation requests offers for the demolition of an existing shoreline revetment and construction of a new rock revetment in Ninilchik Harbor, Alaska. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks a firm-fixed price contract for labor, equipment, materials and surveys to accomplish the work in accordance with plans and specifications. Construction wage rates apply to the project, estimated between $5-10 million. Offerors must submit responses by a revised due date of March 3rd, 2022. Award is subject to availability of funds, and if canceled, bidders will bear preparation costs. The solicitation sets aside the opportunity for total small businesses. The pre-bid meeting minutes provide responses to bidder questions on rock sources, temporary structures, and accommodations for government representatives.
