Question 1: Deadline Extension Request
Q: Given the upcoming holiday and lack of instructions included in the opportunity details, can the Government extend the deadline from 26 Jan to 27 Jan to give offerors more time to prepare our response?
A: The Government will not grant an extension to the submission deadline. Due to operational requirements, the deadline remains 10:00 AM on 26 January 2026. Offerors are encouraged to submit their proposals in accordance with the stated deadline.
Question 2: Candidate Resume Requirement
Q: Please confirm a candidate resume is not required with proposal submission. If it is required, please confirm that the resume (cover page/letter, and additional appendices) would not count toward page limits.
A: Please review the submission requirements in the Amendment Solicitation posted on W91151-26-Q-A013 for instructions on documents to provide to be considered responsive for this solicitation.
Question 3: Incumbent Information
Q: Is there an incumbent in place? If so, please provide the name of the incumbent, the amount of the current or previous award, and the award number. If there is no incumbent, please advise when the last coordinator serviced the location, along with the award number, name of the prior coordinator, and value of the last contract.
A: This is a solicitation for a new requirement. Information regarding previous or related requirements may be researched through publicly available Government procurement databases and resources (e.g., SAM.gov, FPDS-NG, or other appropriate Government procurement platforms).
Question 4: Preferred Work Days/Times
Q: Are there any preferred work days/times for the coordinator?
A: Offerors should thoroughly review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the solicitation, which outlines the duties, tasks, and any specific work schedule requirements for this position.
Question 5: Contract Hours Clarification
Q: Please clarify the total estimated hours for this contract [W91151-26-Q-A013] and reconcile any discrepancies between the solicitation documents.
A: The Government confirms that the total estimated hours for this contract [W91151-26- Q-A013] are 2,080 hours for the 12-month period of performance.
The "Attachment Estimated Hourly Workload Per Year" showing 864 hours represents an initial estimate that has been superseded. Offerors should base their proposals on 2,080 hours, consistent with a full-time equivalent (FTE) position over the 12-month contract period.
The specific distribution of hours across tasks or time periods will be determined based on mission requirements during contract performance.
