Amendment 0003

RFI:

Question: Reference Sheet MC-400. What is the government's intent on re-using vs. providing new DDC controls for the AHU coils, boilers, hx's?

Answer: Intent is to re-use the existing AHU controllers that controlled the steam valve and just re-tune the PID loop to control the new hot water valve. For the new equipment (ie Boilers, heat exchangers, etc) contractor should provide either new LON or new BACnet controllers (based on current capabilities of the existing Jace) and tie that back into the existing Tridium Niagara Jaces.
