1. Question: Please confirm if the number of monitoring points for each MEDDAC-B location is correct as stated?

Answer: See amendment 0002 for updated Exhibit C for number of monitoring points for MEDDAC-B.

Added Stuttgart Kelley Health Clinic in Exhibit C under MEDDAC-B and added associated SubClins for

Stuttgart Kelly Health Clinic (0003AQ, 1003AQ, 2003AQ, 3003AQ and 4003AQ) in the solicitation.

2. Question: Please clarify if the PWS paragraph 1.5.4.3 “Contractor Support Hours: The Contractor shall provide LRMC and MEDDAC-Bavaria support between the hours of 07:30 – 16:30 and PHC support between the hours of 0800-1700 except U.S. Holidays identified in paragraph 1.5.3.1 above or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.” Is this for EVERY DAY or MON-FRI?

Answer: It should be Mon-Fri except Holidays.

3. Question: In the Technical Exhibit C for PHC-Europe, it states the total number of points monitored to be 273 – the sum of all the individual location monitoring points listed is 271. Please can you advise which number we should apply to the RFQ/Solicitation?

Answer: 273 monitoring points.

4. Question: In the Technical Exhibit C for PHC-Europe, the list of locations where maintenance is required does NOT include Katterbach VTF – is this correct or should this solicitation include Katterbach VTF where they have existing monitoring points?

Answer: Katterbach VTF is added to Exhibit C under PHC location. See Amendment 0002.

5. Question: In the Technical Exhibit C for MEDDAC-Bavaria, it shows the number of monitoring points for each location which when matched up to the list of CLINS in the solicitation shows a total number for monitoring points of 162. At Rose Barracks, Vilseck the solicitation requests maintenance for FOUR separate areas referenced as CLIN 003AA, 003AB, 003AE and 003AF. Please can you confirm these are the correct monitoring point numbers for this barracks?

Answer: The only two sites we need monitoring are the health and dental clinics. We do not need monitoring at MEDDAC B or Vilseck HQ (003AA; 003AB). Also, the government is no longer needed in

MK, Romania (0003AN). This applies to all associated option SubClins. The government will keep these

SubClins as a space holder. The government reserves the right to add sensor(s) in these SubClins in the future as needed. See amendment 0002 for updated Exhibit C for the change in the number of monitoring points.

6. Question: In the Technical Exhibit C for MEDDAC-Bavaria, it does not include Stuttgart Kelley HC.

Please can you confirm if this is correct or an omission from the sheet in Technical Exhibit C?

Answer: Stuttgart Kelley HC was omitted accidently. They will be added to this requirement. See updated Exhibit C and the amendment 0002 for details.

7. Question: The solicitation requests an annual provision of spare devices as needed for LRMC and MEDDAC-B. Please can we confirm that these extra devices if purchased will NOT be included in this maintenance agreement and any additions to the total numbers stated would have to be incorporated by in a future contract modification. Is that correct?

Answer: YES. That is correct.

8. Question: Is this solicitation for service of a current monitoring system or is it for a new TSMP RMF monitoring system plus service?

Answer: The services are needed for a current monitoring system.

9. Question: If it’s for maintenance of a current system, can you please provide the system or vendors name?

Answer: The current systems are from Versa Trak.

10. Question: Under the new text for paragraph 1.6.3 The Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) protections may be limited.
