About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an Outdoor Pool Renovation project at Osan Air Base in the Republic of Korea (ROK), issued by the 51st Civil Engineer Squadron. The project involves comprehensive renovation of an outdoor pool facility, including civil works such as removing existing infrastructure, excavating and installing a new concrete slab-on-grade pad, constructing ornamental aluminum fencing, and installing new electrical and plumbing systems.

The renovation includes detailed specifications for a standalone water circulation system with a variable speed circulation pump capable of 150 gallons per minute, a cartridge-type filtration system, a 1,000-gallon underground surge/treatment tank, and a chemical treatment system with two 15-gallon chemical-resistant tanks and metering pumps. The project is part of a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a 180-day period of performance, requires extensive environmental and security compliance, and involves working within military base constraints, including potential restrictions during military training events.
