Good Afternoon Sir, I am replying to the questions you asked regarding the Suwon AB Refuse Collection Solicitation.
Solicitation has been amended to address discrepancies in CLIN Description. Please see amendment and updated documents on sam.gov.
Regarding Disposal Fees (Tipping Fees), there are no weighing stations at Suwon Air Base;
PWS and CLIN Structures have also be changed to address that. The summarized total tonnage report is for informational basis alone.
Please note the below information as addressed also in PWS:
5.5.1 Disposal: The Contractor shall transport and dispose of all waste at a licensed off-base disposal site selected by the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for any permit associated with the use of off-base disposal locations. All fees associated with disposal such as disposal fees (tipping fees) shall be factored in the contractor’s price quotation.
5.6 Vehicle Routes and Collection Schedules: The contractor shall establish vehicle routes and collection schedules to meet the requirements of Appendix C. Routes and schedules shall be submitted to the COR seven (7) working days after the start of contract performance.
(CDRL 0001) Any changes in routes/schedules shall be submitted to the COR. The contractor shall immediately notify the COR of any conditions that may interrupt the schedule of performance such as disposal sites backed up, delays due to security measures, exercises, vehicle breakdowns, or containers blocked by parked vehicles or excess refuse. If the contractor does not notify the COR, then the interruption to the schedule will count against the performance threshold. The overall perimeter for performance is estimated to 20 Kilometers.
5.9 Reports and Records: The contractor shall provide a monthly report summarizing total tonnage collected for the month including original weigh-in documents from the disposal site(s) and actual tonnage disposed. This report is due to the Government, in email, at the time the contractor submits his monthly invoice by the 5th business day of the month and shall include what type of waste is disposed. (CDRL 0002) Contractor shall certify that the tonnage reported is true, correct and includes only materials disposed under this contract.

It says to refer to paragraph 1.2.1 of PWS, But there is not match content in1.2.1.
I think is it to paragraph 5.1 of PWS ?
2. Item 0002 thru Item 0005AA The work content does not match either
3. Where will Item 0005AA(Tipping fee) be weighed and How will the disposal fee be paid?
