1. Can you please verify the shipping address where panels would be sent back after they are repaired? I saw the RFP said invoices should be sent to Korea - reference page 4 item 8. I'm not seeing a shipping address. Will they be sent to a U.S. address and then sent overseas?
The items will be sent directly to Osan/Kunsan Air Bases in Korea. The addresses below are the shipping addresses, they are considered state side addresses.
a. Osan AB: AFREP Manager
51MXG/MXGQA
Unit 2128 Osan AB
APO AP 96278-2128
b. Kunsan AB:AFREP Manager
8MXG/MXQ
Unit 2140 Kunsan AB
APO AP 96264-2140
2. Would an export license be required?
I am unaware of any requirement for an export license
3. Please refer Call Limit on Page 4 Item 5 the limitation is $ 3,000.00. Then on Page 6,- Reference Payment - Each call has a limitation of $ 2,500.00. My concern is that the items that we will be quoting has totals of $3,000.00 plus per item.
The call officer may place calls up to $3,000.00, calls greater than $3,000.00 will be issued by the contracting officer.
4. Will the Air Force be providing the necessary drawings in order for APV to conduct the required repairs to each part?
No, each vendor submitting a proposal should have an approved SAR for the parts in their proposal. If the vendor has and approved SAR, they should already have the technical data for the part.
5. Page5 of Solicitation Number W90VN6-19-Q-0008 makes reference to Air Force Instruction 21-123. Where can we obtain a copy of said document?
AFI 21-123 can be found at www.e-Publishing.af.mil
