Questions and Government Responses to RFQ W81XWH22R0048: USAMRDC Ethernet Data Line Support Services

· Question:

The RFQ is currently requiring a minimum of a /24 Public IP address space.

Could this be reduced to a /29 or /30?

Government’s Response:

/24 public IP address space is the level of service required under this requirement.

· Question:

Requirement 3.6 The vendor must demonstrate authorization from the Fort Detrick NEC (e.g. past performance, letter of approval from Ft Detrick NEC etc.) installation to provide Ethernet data line services directly to the USAMRDC facilities (see Section 4.4 for exact location.) How could we obtain authorization from the Fort Detrick NEC to provide these services?

Government’s Response:

The Government cannot provide authorization for proposal purposes, however, the offeror may demonstrate equivalent experience providing similar services to other government entities, or provide details in their proposal that demonstrate adequate knowledge of the issues involved in connecting to a government network from a commercial infrastructure.

· Question:

Our reps and certs are up to date in SAM.gov – do we still need to fill out the reps and certs in this RFQ?

Government’s Response:

The Reps and Certs in the RFQ should be completed.
