About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of medical recliners for Womack Army Medical Center's Oncology Clinic. The facility requires seven Champion Ascent II Winged Back Medical Recliners with Power Recline functionality, Heat and Massage packages, Dual Side Tables, and Blueridge color upholstery, along with two additional side tables. The requirement stems from the advanced age and mechanical failures of the existing recliner inventory, which have created patient safety and comfort concerns and necessitated borrowing equipment from other clinics. All specified items must be delivered without cost to Womack Army Medical Center, Oncology Clinic treatment area (Building 4-2817, Room #A-20118-2), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, utilizing free dock-to-dock shipping with delivery to a facility possessing a loading dock.
The delivery timeline requires equipment installation within 60 days of purchase to accommodate inventory processing, with the urgency driven by frequent breakdowns of existing chairs. Payment will be processed through the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) following equipment receipt and invoice acceptance via WAWF (Wide Area Workflow). No specific response deadline, award date, pricing information, or contract vehicle type is identified in this SOW document.
