About this file
This performance work statement outlines requirements for athletic trainers to support the Holistic Health and Fitness system. Key performance standards and acceptable quality levels are defined for personnel support, staffing absences, qualifications, competencies, clinical duties, documentation, and meeting participation. Contractors must meet minimum thresholds for timely coordination, credential submission, screening completion, electronic health record updates, and peer review involvement. Performance will be evaluated in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System, and levels below standards may result in financial penalties to the contractor.
