About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to a federal solicitation (W81K0226QA022) issued by the U.S. Army Medical Readiness Command (MRCO) Pacific on February 9, 2026. The amendment incorporates changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) effective February 1, 2026, and responds to questions received from offerors. The document serves as a continuation page containing detailed summaries of clause additions, modifications, and deletions, along with contractor guidance on form completion and invoicing procedures.
The amendment adds multiple FAR and DFARS clauses including provisions related to executive compensation reporting (52.204-10), contractor debarment protections (52.209-6), privacy training (52.224-3), and various compliance and labor standards requirements. Significant modifications include updated effective dates for the System for Award Management maintenance clause (52.204-13), terms and conditions for commercial products and services (52.212-4), combating trafficking in persons (52.222-50), protest procedures (52.233-3), and evaluation criteria (52.212-2). The amendment provides specific WAWF (Wide Area WorkFlow) payment routing instructions with designated DoDAACs and clarifies document type submissions for various payment request categories. Contractors are directed to reference solicitation W81K0226QA022 dated January 26, 2026, and acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to offer submission to avoid rejection.
