About this file

This document is an Attachment 6 - Questions and Answers for a federal solicitation for Chemistry and Immunoassay Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) at Bassett Army Community Hospital. The Q&A covers multiple technical specifications and submission details, including key points such as a question submission deadline of Monday, July 28, 2025 at 4:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time, and quotes to be submitted via email to Garrett.k.wada.civ@health.mil. Vendors proposed modifications to several Statement of Work sections, including immunoassay turnaround times, sample volumes, reagent stability, and Troponin testing options, with the government providing responses that mostly referenced Attachment 4 for potential changes or maintaining original requirements.

The solicitation is for a firm-fixed price contract requiring two Chemistry Analyzers capable of testing clinical chemistry and immunodiagnostic samples, including reagents, calibrators, and consumables. The contract period is a one-year base period from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026, with four additional one-year option periods. The procurement is 100% unrestricted, conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13, with NAICS code 325413, and requires contractors to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. The contracting officer is Mr. Riley R. Yogi, and the contract specialist is Mr. Garrett K. Wada from the Department of the Army Medical Command.
