The Army Maintenance Management System - Aviation (TAMMS-A) M&O Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment

This Statement of Work (SOW) covers the issue, approval, and final disposition reporting for The Army Maintenance Management System-Aviation (TAMMS-A) items identified in the contract or Technical Data Package (TDP) as requiring TAMMS-A reporting.

M&O includes Repair, Modification, Reset, Recap, and Remanufacture.

The TAMMS-A Maintenance Consolidated Database System (TAMMS-A/MCDS) web portal at https://tammsa.redstone.army.mil shall be used to generate/print DA Forms: 2410, 2408-16 and 2408-16-1. The use of the web portal only eliminates the requirement for the contractor/vendor to send copied of these forms to AMCOM. It does not eliminate the requirement to ship copies of the required TAMMS-A form with the components/assemblies. Information on accessing the web portal can be found at https://tammsa.redstone.army.mil.

If the web portal is unavailable or the conractor/vendor currently does not have a MCDS account, contact the AMCOM Logistics Center (ALC), TAMMS-A Implementation & Compliance Office (SNRR) for alternate instructions. Send all requests for alternate instructions to usarmy.redstone.amcom.mbx.immc-snrr@mail.mil. Requests should include company and contract information, justification for waiver, and point of contact information.

In accordance with (IAW) DA PAM 25-33, all forms, tags, and manuals will be supplied by the Government Contracting Officer upon award of this contract. A DA Form 4790-R shall be obtained from the Government Contract Officer. The contractor/vendor shall complete and send DA Form 4790-R to the Government Contracting Officer to obtain all forms, tags, and manuals needed to meet the contract requirements.

For items delivered under this contract, the contractor/vendor shall initiate and/or complete all required TAMMS-A forms, reports, and tags IAW DA PAM 738-751 (Functional Users Manual for The Army Maintenance Management System-Aviation (TAMMS-A). This includes all TAMMS-A forms and records required for each major assembly and/or sub-component listed in TB 1-1500-341-01 (Aircraft Components Requiring Maintenance Management and Historical Data Reports). The most current TB 1-1500-341-01 information is available on the Legitimate Code File application located on the TAMMS-A/MCDS. If the item(s) currently being repaired has a later Part Number (PN) than the item listed in the TB, a DA Form 2410 is still required.

Important Note: Serial number cannot be changed or modified for any reason including instructions specified in Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR), Safety of Flight (SOF) messages, Modification Work Orders (MWO), or related documents without prior approval from the AMCOM TAMMS-A Implementation & Compliance Office (AMSAM-MSI-LM).

For each shipment of items requiring TAMMS-A data under this contract/delivery order, the contractor/vendor shall submit a Goverment QA signed copy of the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) Receiving Report via e-mail to the SNRR office at usarmy.redstone.amcom.mbx.immc-snrr@mail.mil listing all serial numbers shipped.

A final receiving report for each Delivery Order (DO) and/or contract closeout shall be via submittal to WAWF; use DODAAC W81D17. The SNRR Office will complete a final verification between contracted and reported quantities prior to contract of DO closeouts.

Contact the DA Form 2410 Hot Line for information regarding component historical data (forms, labels, data plates).
