Commented [BJIUCUDC3]: This paragraph is here because the contract will require certain test equipment to check network signals/connectivity. They will need some tools to uninstall damaged servers or open a computer to check out a circuit board.

They need to be responsible for diagnostic/testing tools.

Commented [tjd4]: Recommend removing or adjusting. We cannot require a vendor to buy something then say it can be used by MOI staff. Also, this is NOT an IDIQ therefore parts cannot be purchased under this action. If you want the vendor to carry a list of consumables you would have to specify them and given the vast amount that could be needed it is best to remove this entirely.

Commented [tjd5]: Specifiy the quantity required of each.

Commented [BJIUCUDC6]: At least 160, is this ok?
