About this file
This is a solicitation for assessment and repair services for Dry Support Bridge systems. The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to WFEL Limited, the original equipment manufacturer, to inspect and repair four 46-meter Dry Support Bridge systems located in Belgium. The contractor will also provide miscellaneous repair parts for systems located within the continental United States. Optional coverage includes assessments, repairs and parts for up to two additional systems located domestically, as well as up to 120 man-days of training support services to be performed in Belgium. The period of performance is not specified. The government intends to negotiate solely with WFEL Limited under the authority provided by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) as the repairs require specialized expertise and knowledge of the proprietary systems to avoid substantial duplication of costs. This notice announces the government's intent but does not constitute a request for proposal or other competitive solicitation.

Second, entity-level permissions provide fine-grained permission trimming on individual records and their related metadata. This ensures that all supported program personnel can access needed information while protecting sensitive data. LCMP-IDE provides security services using industry standard LDAP directory services and X.509 certificates with an enterprise public key infrastructure (PKI). LCMP-IDE uses the secure socket layer protocol to send encrypted transactions between client web browsers and the web server.
C.7.1.4 Computing Requirements
The CDRL Module is user-friendly, web-based application that is accessible using a standard web browser. Contractors may authentication using DoD approved Common Access Cards (CACs), External Certificate Authorities (ECAs) and Federal Bridge Certificates Authorities
