This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

A.1 BACKGROUND/DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTION ____________________________________

A.2 MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM QUANTITY OF SERVICES ________________________________________

A.2.1 In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.504(a) (4)(ii), the minimum quantity of supplies and services the
