About this file

This document contains the government's responses to industry questions regarding a solicitation for bus transportation services. The solicitation seeks proposals to provide a package of 25-passenger and 50-passenger buses, with a minimum of four 25-passenger buses, to transport up to 1,200 soldiers to events within a 200km radius of Sainte-Mere-Eglise, France from May 29th through June 11th, 2024 daily from 0600 to 0000. It also requires three 50-passenger buses to operate a continuous route picking up and dropping off every hour between Sainte-Mere-Eglise, Carentan, and Omaha Beach. The responses clarify the pickup and drop off locations for the two contract line items and confirm that the solicitation is for charter bus services rather than bus purchases. No incumbent was identified as previously performing these services.
