6. The CLIN structure for pricing shows a base year and 4 option years (CLINs 0001-4001). However, the following sections Inspection and Acceptance Terms and Delivery Information, only show 3 options years (CLINs 0001-30001). Please confirm the number of option years on this contract.
ANSWER: The appropriate CLIN structure is:

7. The submission instructions require a copy of the candidate's passport with the proposal. However, sending
PII through unsecured means such as email is contrary to good PII practices.
Will the Government change this requirement to allow the candidate's passport to be submitted via a secure means after contract award?
ANSWER: No. The Government will send the respective awardee a secure link to access DOD SAFE (Department of Defense Secure Access File Exchange), which is a secure means for sending/receiving CUI/PII/PHI type files.
8. Combined Synopsis, Paragraph 13 ii., Page 5. This paragraph refers to requirements for CNACI and FAP services. This contract doesn't provide FAP services, and the PWS states a NACI is required. Please clarify if a CNACI or NACI is the requirement.
ANSWER: References to CNACI or NACI will be removed from this solicitation.
9. Paragraph 1.6.3.4 states that the contractor must complete all training and certification for a CAC within 3 days of contract award. However, Deliverable A.003 states that the contractor must provide information for CAC within 15 days of contract award. Please clarify the standard for providing candidate information for CAC issuance.
ANSWER: Information required for all training and certification to receive a CAC is due at contract award. Paragraph 1.6.3.4 and Deliverable A.003 will be updated to reflect this change.
10. Paragraph 4.3 states that the contractor will provide ADPE when utilizing a backfill or if the Government would not be able to provide a laptop. However, a personal laptop would not be allowed to connect to the military network, thereby preventing the contractor from working.
Will the Government remove this requirement and ensure that a Government-issued laptop is available for contractor use?
ANSWER: No; the government will not remove this requirement. The contractor can access building WiFi.
