About this file

This solicitation amendment modifies the request for proposal for a well closure and sealing project on Rock Island Arsenal. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island seeks proposals to remove aggregate and seal an entire well in accordance with the scope of work. The contractor must complete all work under the specifications and drawings by the revised due date of May 14, 2020. Proposal submissions and bid bonds must now be sent electronically rather than physically delivered. This project is set aside as 100% small business and has an estimated value between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The amendment provides answers to contractor questions about environmental concerns, utility clearances, and the availability of engineering drawings.
