Attachment 0006 – Most Favored Customer Pricing Self-Certification
The Contractor, (Company Name) , certifies that delivery orders awarded under the ITES-SW 2 MAIDIQ contract, (IDIQ Contract Number), provide for the Most Favored Customer Pricing available. Most Favored Customer Pricing is defined as pricing that is as low as, or lower than, the prices the Contractor has under any other contract instrument with any customer under like terms and conditions. Like terms and conditions include but are not limited to actual terms and conditions negotiated, product quantities and time of year.
