QUESTIONS AND ANSWERED RECEIVED TO DATE 8/6/26

Q: Can a picture be provided?

A: Picture attached.

Q: Can a site layout, drawing, or aerial image identifying the anticipated crane staging area? A. Image was provided in this amendment, but layouts or drawings will not be submitted in any amendment, they are submitted as Tobyhanna Army Depot’s portion of the lift plan.

Q: Approximately how close can the crane be positioned to each antenna?

A: The crane company should determine the radius based on the height and diameter of the parabolic (dish).

Q: If available, what is the anticipated lift radius (distance from the crane centerline to the load)?

A: It depends on the amount of boom they can use to lift 40,000 pounds. It’s up to the offeror to decide what size crane they want to use.

Q: Are there any site constraints (underground utilities, overhead obstructions, restricted areas, or ground bearing limitations) that would affect crane placement?

A: Jeff Brown will point out restrictions during the site visit such as utilities, overhead obstructions, restricted crane areas etc.
