1We noticed a requirement stating that prospective bidders must provide a letter from Vanderbilt Industries (Acre Security) confirming their status as a certified Access Controls SMS dealer in good standing. We would appreciate your clarification on whether this letter must be provided by the prime contractor or if a certified subcontractor's letter would suffice.A letter from a certified subcontractor would be acceptable.
