About this file

This is a self-score matrix template designed to facilitate contractor evaluation under the Highest Technically Rated Offeror (HTRO) source selection methodology for the Special Ammunition and Weapon Systems (SAWS) procurement.

The matrix serves as an evaluation tool for assessing offeror proposals against established technical criteria. It provides a standardized framework for scoring contractor responses and enables transparent comparison of competing proposals. The document functions as an appendix or administrative template that does not specify detailed products, services, or technical requirements, but rather establishes the scoring mechanism through which proposals will be rated. Contractors submitting responses to solicitation W519TC26RA036 would use this matrix as a reference to understand how their technical qualifications, capabilities, and approach will be evaluated by the Government's source selection evaluation team.
