Offerors must submit pricing on a provided Price Matrix, include First Article Test prices, and be prepared for government-conducted first article and lot acceptance testing. The technical data packages are distribution-limited to Department of Defense and DoD contractors, requiring registration in the Joint Certification Program to access detailed specifications.
