About this file
This document is a Modular Office Technical Evaluation Form for a Request for Quote (RFQ) related to the 841st Transportation Battalion, specifically focusing on IT cabling infrastructure for a modular office building. The evaluation form outlines two key technical capability subfactors: Mission Capability and Quality Control Plan, both of which require an "Acceptable" rating to be considered compliant.
The technical requirements include installing CAT6 wire with 35-40 network drops from a central network switch to individual office spaces, involving RJ-45 male connectors, wall plate installations, and network connectivity. The contractor must demonstrate the ability to deliver and set up the modular office building within 30 days after contract award, provide a quality control plan for wire installation, and offer a warranty. The evaluation is part of solicitation W519TC25Q0005 issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command at Rock Island Arsenal, with the technical evaluation date marked as 9 June 2025.
