1) The total number of students are 150 + 100 + 200 = 450 (i.e. 450 students + 100 dependents + minimum 400 dependents = at least 950 members for the quote).

2) Out of the 450 students, please confirm the counts below:

Single Coverage (no dependents and are alone) = 150 (i.e. 150 members) Married Coverage (student plus one dependent) = 100 (i.e. 100 students + 100 dependents = 200 members) Family Coverage (student plus two or more dependents) = 200 (i.e. 200 students + minimum 400 dependents = 600 members or more)

The total award of the first task will be awarded for 350 policies/students minimum. Historically, only one area participated, now multiple areas will participate.

The number represented on the price matrix is for an estimated Students/ policies broken down by students, not total lives:

150 Single Policies/Students, covering 1 student.

100 Married Policies/Students, covering 1 married couple, 200 total lives.

200 Family Policies/Students, covering 200 students with their families.

Unless we get the information like Iqama copy and passport copy, we cannot give exact price. If you are agreeing, we will send official quotation. Acknowledged. An Iqama nor passport copy will not be released until task orders are issued for a firm fixed price, policy type, Contract Line Item Number, determined at time of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract award, this will occur prior to students departing Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and policy activation.
