The SOW mentions costs associated with Muqeem subscriptions, airport customs fees, and other fees related to Saudi websites requiring a local bank account. To better understand and plan for these expenses, we would like to know:
Q: Anticipated Quantities and Costs: What are the expected quantities and costs for the Muqeem subscriptions and other mentioned fees?
A: Costs vary but you are only providing a quote to provide the service to pay these invoices as they come.
Payment Terms for these non-traffic violation expenses:
Q: Are these fees to be paid in advance with reimbursement at a later date, or is a prepayment process in place?
A: No, these fees are paid as they come along.
Q: If we are to be reimbursed, what is the time frame for reimbursement?
A: Submit invoice in WAWF, net 30 days
Q: What are the standard payment terms for this contract? Are they monthly, quarterly, or annually?
A: monthly invoices via WAWF
Q: Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices says “Unit: Job” does this mean we quote for a fixed fee to be charged for each transaction? if not, please clarify what “job” means here.
A: “Job” is just a unit of measure. You are not billing for each transaction. You will bill monthly firm fixed priced for looking up tickets issued for registered vehicles on list and any other charges needing to be paid. The charge is just the service to pay through Saudi websites.
Q: If the reimbursement to be made in cash, will be in USD or SAR?
A: The tickets are usually paid by the person who received the ticket usually by credit or debit card but also SAR.
Q: If the reimbursement to be made by credit card, will we be able to charge the credit card payment fee?
A: Needs to be included in your quote.
Q: How about the currency rate when converting SAR into USD
A: Payments by members are usually paid by credit or debit card or SAR.
Q: For payment collection in cash or by credit card, will the contractor be required to visit a specific location? If so, how about the gate pass?
A: Yes a gate access pass will be submitted for the person collecting payment.
Q: Will the reimbursement be made in advance prior to making payments? If not, how long will it for the contractor to receive his payment.
A: Each week ticket amounts are collected.
Q: Any estimate on amount of payment required to be made by contractor each month?
A: Amount varies each week
Q: C.1.3. says “Identify the software that is required and the terms of the software. I.E. one-year subscriptions. Do we use the additional software or does the vendor? Are they just buying it for us?” Please provide more clarity on what software you are talking about.
A: The traffic system is called Saher and the tickets can be settled through SADAD system
Q: In the quote structure item no:0001 we just need to add our service charge for performing this contract, we can't add the amount for support services because we don't have an idea how much will come per month. Can you please advise?
A: Yes you are only charging for the service to access the websites to pay tickets, customs fees, etc.
Q: How I can Write my offer? I see 3 pages same Quote. Also I give you two potion for working together, how I can to write two option. I Wait for your update.
