STATEMENT OF WORK

Government Payment Support Services

Transportation Branch Office of the Program Manager, Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG)

C.1 GENERAL

C.2 PAYMENT SUPPORT SERVICES

C.1. GENERAL

SCOPE OF WORK - This is a non-personnel services contract to support the Office of the Program Manager, Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG), located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a payee for all ticket violations and other charges as needed.

Contractor shall identify and notify OPM-SANG of all prior and receiving traffic violations through Saudi Arabian Tamm Service.

BACKGROUND: United States (U.S.) citizens living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) are required to obtain drivers licenses and pay for any outstanding traffic/parking fines that arise while living in KSA. U.S. citizens do not have bank accounts in KSA which limits the ability of the citizen to obtain drivers licenses and pay the traffic/parking fines, as well as pay for Saudi Arabian Government software licenses and other such organization fees and subscription required to meet the KSA legal requirements. The U.S. Government is requesting interested businesses who would be willing and capable to perform the following functions:

1. Are able to make payments to The KSA for various types of traffic and parking infractions involving U.S. Citizens within OPM-SANG.

2. Accept cash and credit card payments from U.S. citizens and, in-turn, pay the fees and fines on behalf of the citizens.

3. Identify the software that is required and the terms of the software. I.E. one-year subscriptions. Do we use the additional software or does the vendor? Are they just buying it for us?

4. Pay any charges such as Muqeen subscription costs, airport customs fees, or any fees that involve Saudi websites that require a local bank account.

C.2 SUPPORT SERVICES

A.2.1.
