4. Ordering Procedures:
4.1. Service Calls: [Ref. FAR 13.303-2(c)(2)], The BPA contractor will have numerous individual calls below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT). The Volk Field Contracting Officer (KO) – or authorized representative – will notify the contractor of new calls.
4.1.1. Special Provisions: The contractor’s pricing schedule (published unit-priced line items) shall be used to establish pricing.
4.2. Blanket Purchase Agreement Service Calls:
4.2.1. Call Issuance: The Government intends to issue calls to the contractor on an as needed basis. Each call will designate the contract line items, quantities and period of performance for the call.
4.3. Government Surveillance: The Government will perform inspections during the performance of the call. Work performance will be measured against the standards in this SOW.
