About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a federal contract to perform preventative maintenance on emergency standby generators at Biddle Air National Guard Base in Horsham, Pennsylvania. The SOW outlines the work to be completed, including conducting preventative maintenance, fuel tank cleaning and fuel polishing, and fuel sampling and testing. It details the contractor's responsibilities, such as providing personnel, materials, and equipment, complying with applicable standards and regulations, and submitting various plans and reports. The SOW also includes special conditions related to quality control, work site access, health and safety requirements, security, and environmental considerations. An appendix provides a list of the generators, preventative maintenance task lists, and applicable publications and forms. The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Generator Maintenance services at the same location, with a period of performance from August 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024. The RFQ is a small business set-aside, and award will be made on a best value basis.
