About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to a federal solicitation (W50S8X26QA0290) issued by the U.S. Air Force, with an effective date of September 15, 2026. The amendment updates the original Request for Offer (RFO) for commercial products and services and does not extend the offer receipt deadline. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the deadline through one of three methods: completing items 8 and 15 and returning copies, acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or sending a separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt may result in offer rejection.

The amendment modifies three key areas: (1) updates verbiage in the Addendum to FAR Provision 52.212-1 regarding instructions to offerors for commercial products and services; (2) updates Performance Work Statement (PWS) language in Sections 1.6.1 and 1.10.1; and (3) incorporates Attachment 3 (Questions and Answers) as a new contract document. The original Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement has been replaced with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement V2. Offerors must submit responses in three volumes: Volume I (Technical/Staffing Plan with 15-page limit), Volume II (Past Performance with 10-page limit), and Volume III (Price and Solicitation with no page limit). All submissions must be emailed to MSgt Austin Breault at austin.breault.1@us.af.mil by the deadline specified on Page 1, Box 8 of the SF1449 (Pacific Time). For the Physical Therapy and Injury Manager position, offerors must provide the proposed employee's name and resume, a letter of intent to begin on-site performance within 30 days of contract award (or alternatively, a 30-day transition/ramp-up narrative), and verifications of skills as described in PWS Section 1.10.3. Prices must be quoted in U.S. Dollars, fully burdened, and rounded to the nearest penny.
