About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a phone trunk and services installation project at Cheyenne Air National Guard Base (ANGB). The document contains 34 questions and responses regarding technical requirements and specifications.

Key details include: The installation requires supporting 798 Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers (307-772-6000 to 307-772-6999), with a 24-channel PRI currently in use. The system must support 2-wire analog, 2-wire digital, and AVAYA VoIP phones through a PBX managed by the 153 CS. The government will handle service after the TDM emulation point, and PRI handoff is required for integration with the Avaya CM7 system. The contractor must provide E911 compliance including Kari's Law compliance and call logging/reporting capabilities. Service cutover must occur after business hours. Pricing should be structured as flat monthly rates per the CLINs in the solicitation, with no taxes included (tax exemption available). There is no incumbent contractor, and while this is a firm fixed price requirement, there is no specified contract ceiling. The 153 CS will manage Quality of Service (QoS).
