Pre-Bid RFI Responses
1. Voltage of the split units- the SOW calls out the panel and breakers that the power is to be pulled from. All the panels that are to be pulled from are 120/208v.
2. In 1047 there is a mop sink in the room next to the electric/com room. Can we run the condensate line to the mop instead? Gov response- yes this is acceptable.
3. Is there an order in which to install the split units in the buildings? Gov response- the Com unit on base would like 1047 to be the first priority then a er that it is up to the contractor.
4. Our policy is to not work any electrical equipment “hot” and to de-energize a panel when we have to put a new breaker in. Will you allow the panels to be turned off and if so, what is the meframe or me of day that they would want this to happen? Gov response- Yes we will allow this and coordina on will be done closer to when that work happens.
