About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document (Round 2) addressing clarifications for a federal furniture and installation procurement.
The acquisition is unrestricted and open to all businesses. Floor plans are available for building B164 on SAM.gov, with additional building plans to be uploaded after July 20, 2026. All rooms will be located on the ground floor with ground-level entryways; no stairs lead to the building. Line items 11 and 12 must be provided in racetrack configuration, not rectangular. Delivery and installation is restricted to Tuesday through Friday, 0800-1500 hours, with no work permitted during holiday weekends. Powered conference tables must plug into existing receptacles rather than requiring hardwired electrical connections. The government will handle dismantling and removal of existing furniture internally, which is outside the contractor's scope.
Conference table power requirements include two power centers positioned on either side of the center table with flip-top or in-trough modules containing 2-4 standard 120v 3-prong grounded outlets per side, a 10-20 foot power cord, and standard black finish; no USB, data, or audiovisual ports are required. Volume II of the submission should consist of a cover page acknowledging the government will obtain past-performance information independently. Volume III may be either the completed Attachment 1 Pricing Sheet or a contractor's quote. File submissions should use the solicitation number and requirement name as the naming convention, with Attachment 1 acceptable in either Excel or PDF format with no stated preference.
